Back from spa treatment. My face is so clean you could perform surgery on it. The lady told me I had great skin, which is a miracle considering all of the liquor I’ve consumed over the past fifteen or so years. Also had a detox bath, which was lovely, and cut my hair. Now I’m off to run the roads.

After I make some cookies.
